Went on a social media detox for a couple days and I must say it felt pretty darn good! More relaxed, more quality me time and better sleep too (probably because I wasn’t scrolling down news feed and having fomo 😂/ trying to come up with caption before bed). Obviously I’m now back on social media because I’d still love to connect with people and get inspired by the things I see here. I’d still want to share the things I love and repost funny memes haha! After all we just gotta live in the moment and live for ourselves 💙
